Favorite herbal, non-caffeinated tea
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of Comvita® Certified UMF® 5+ Manuka Honey
1 cup of hot water
Combine all ingredients into a mug while water is boiling. Add hot water. Relax, meditate, and get settled in for the night.
